The psychic should have been able to give you the meaning or interpretation at the time. There is a nice book on symbols by a chap called David Fontana (famous as a psychologist and meditation teacher I think), but probably best not to read too much into some else's explanation! Although the horse given to you may well relate to a key issue you are dealing with at the moment, and seems to represent or give a sense of empowerment or strength/support perhaps. Try sleeping on it and see how you feel in the morning!

On the other hand you may have heard of Shamans. A shaman can become aware of not only their 'power animal', but also see in their journeys (like meditation or dream state) power animals for other people. In native American culture as an example – the horse would not have been used or recognised as a power animal (for obvious reasons).

The horse may well represent a guide or helper, but would not necessarily be the guide him or herself! If someone else gives you another reading and gives info exactly or very very close to the reading you had had and your horse - then it might be more interesting, and may confirm the reading you had already been given. But as already said  - a good psychic would have been able to offer much more clarity at the time. Sadly many don't make the effort which can be really confusing. Again best sleep for on it. If nothing comes to mind then let it go, and treat that particular reading as entertainment and a bit of fun only!!!

I can't help you with what it meant, but the psychic who said she saw it should be able to offer you an explanation.

There is a book i have called Animal Speak by Ted Andrews, which is a great read for anybody interested in Animal Guides/Totems.

Ted gives newbies a very nice introduction into the animal world and provides a kind of dictionary for many, many animals and how they may relate to your life, what lessons they have to offer etc.
The book provides a good insight into this type of thing and if you are interested in persuing it, i would recommend it.
Even though i haven't finished reading it yet, i still find what i have read so far to be pretty interesting and helpful. And the stuff i haven't read yet looks even better.

well it wasn't entirely her fault because i never intended in the first place for her to read my guide .. it just so happened that she got a strong image of it

i was posting something in my friend's spiritual forum and she answered, but as she was typing it she just happened to say what she saw

it happens that she is a very strong physic, awesome though just like that she saw it

simiply amazing

anyways i haven't gotten in touch with her, she isn't on the forum very much

How much do you respect this psychic?  Is she wise or just an open channel to the netherworld?

If she's wise, she should just let you figure out what most of the symbolism of the horse is.
