Welcome to the forums! I must say that is a really cute name. I like it. SqueezetheShaman hehehe

My methods are nothing fancy, so I am sure others can give you alot more help and point you to some good references. It all depends on what I want to do, but basicly I just lay down, or get in any comfortable position, relax, and clear my mind. Then either I just enjoy the silence or do whatever it is I wish to do; energy work, try to project, just see what happens, etc.
Alice had got so much into the way of expecting nothing but out-of-the-way things to happen, that it seemed quite dull and stupid for life to go on in the common way.

"created creatively"

I've never heard that one.

Your username sounds just like a synonym for...well never mind I think it goes without saying[xx(]. Umm for getting "connected" I think that just requires practice, opening up your Third Eye to the flow of energy and information. After a while you will notice these "accidental" psychic occurences will be more frequent, and you will be able to induce them to a greater degree.

Hey there :) New here, as you can see. Little about me real quick...My love is in entheogenic plants. I would like to be able to recreate my experiences and skills i have access to while communing with the plant spirits :) While unimbibed, I have had many unintentional psychic experiences, the ones you dont realize until after the event happens. I can ask the universe to answer a question for me and get the answer in somethign that was created creatively, such as artwork or literature. But I am unable to get a more accessible connection, a more immediate one....am i making sense??? I want to explore plant free experiences and the first place I think I should begin is in meditation. So my questions are what are some great books for beginners in that area, and what else should I look into, what is another topic good for newbies? thanks and much love :)
