Hiya Star Jasmine, it's gr8 to see another person from Oz join the Forum.

The old testament is the Jewish Bible and the first book of it is a very highly edited version of the Sumerian Tablets.  These tablets tell us all about the mechanics of planetary formation in our solar system and have information that our sciences have only very recently come to 'discover'.  Also, the Tablets tell us about the Beings that came to Earth and created Man from their DNA program to create a worker.  These records use the exact same wording in many places that the Genesis story uses, because the Sumerian Tablets pre-date the Hebrew/Jewish Bible by a couple of thousand years.

As for the new testament, with a little study you will find that it did not even begin to be written until more than fifty years had passed after the death of Jesus, which of course makes the memories of the first Gospel writer's suspicious to begin with.  After that there were many disagreements by the assemblers of the Bible as to what would or would not be included into it.  That was nothing new, even Jesus' brother John argued with the disciples about what Jesus really meant by his words.

Around the year 330, the Roman Emporer Constantine forced the issue to a head at Nicea, where he alone forced the church to accept his opinions on what would become the Bible.  This he did by threatening his advisors and religious men with death if they did not agree.  Of course he got his own way and the bastardization of the Bible continued on from there through many translations and permutations right up to the present day with 'The Good News Bible'.

All of the alterations were done because of greed and the desire to have or keep power at some level.  Many of the original words have been so changed from their intended meanings that they no longer represent truth.  Well, we do have Free Will!  

You could spend a lot of time researching the history of all of this, it makes fascinating reading and presents an entirely different picture to the one christian religion expects us all to accept blindly.  But of course, the choice is yours as to what you do or believe.

It's not about translations.  It's about having the occult keys to unlock that which has been presented.  FYI: the Bible is an occult book (i.e. contains many references to occult activities, etc...).  The word occult has many meanings as the does truth.  One of the intended meanings in this instance is: secret or known only to the initiated; not visible to the naked eye.

Most people get angry when they realize that they have to "do something" to understand the Bible- that's the intent!  They want to read the Bible like an ordinary book- wrong!  One MUST have the keys for understanding- any language; any translation.

People seek translations because they believe that another translation might read easier.  This is not correct.  The BEST source is AKASHIC- period.

NOBODY will ever translate the Bible into a complete understandable book that reads like any other.  The Bible was NEVER intended to be read like that and was intentionally written the way it is.

Those who choose to follow the path will find all the understanding they seek.  Those who don't, will only be able to express their sentiments (i.e. I know what I like on my food; I know what my favorite movie is; etc...).

Once again, one MUST have the occult keys to unlock the Mysteries of the Bible.  If you don't have the keys, you don't have understanding.  It's a simple as that.  FYI: the keys are earned by degrees; one would not send a first grader to high school.

Also, the term "salvation" is often misunderstood.  The ignorant believe that everyone who does NOT conform to their beliefs will be tossed into a PHYSICAL fire- how silly!  However, THIS is how a materialist will interpret the Bible.  How else would they?  FYI: this (intentional) misunderstanding has brought many "churches" countless fortunes and murdered many good people who were sent to the world to tell the truth.
