This post is filled with dark magick that really shouldn't be said. But it must be said.

Death and the Black Brother Way
My research and experience indicates that after we die an OBE does occur. However, it's the most powerful one we'll ever experience. There's a massive release of life energy which powers and stabilizes our projection. While living in this reality, when we first learn to leave our bodies it's very unstable and short experience. Even an expert projector might only be able to stay out for an hour before his subconscious takes over.

However, at death there is a massive release of energy that feeds our projection, so it doesn't end in an hour. But does this release of life energy make it a never ending OBE? As many of you know there is something called the Second Death, where the astral body starts to fragment and dissolve. This would suggest that it's not permanent.

But sure, you're special and you'll be able to hold your OBE together for as long as you desire. I honestly do think your special if you're reading this forum, definitely in the %1 that could accomplish this feat. Here's the question though, is it evil to do this? You'd be stopping your evolution and breaking the natural order of things. Perhaps if you did do it you'd be stuck here out of fear of the unknown.

The only way you can stabilize your projection is to absorb energy to feed it. Without energy you will start to loose the projection and thus comes the Second Death. The easiest way for a newly permanent OBEer to do this is directly connect with their significant other and attach themselves. In all probability these aura thread like connections already exist before death. It's just a matter of breathing the energy in through them. If they don't then attaching a connection to the back of living beings spine (normally near the heart or throat chakra) isn't that hard. The important thing is this happens as soon as possible, within 3 days from the time of death.

The amount of energy an etheric roaming spirit can absorb depends on the amount of energy a living being is producing at rest. When the living being becomes highly emotional the output of energy is increased. Multiple links to multiple beings can be created. The disadvantage to this method of existence is that in the process of absorbing a living persons energy the entity also absorbs "waste" energy which poisons the entity's astral body. If left unchecked the astral body will exist only as a black shadow with tentacles. This entity is something that barely can be considered human. It may be possible to cleanse your astral body afterwards, but I have no idea how to do this.

Some beings may be able to absorb natural or other artificial energies without needing the living to feed. However, even without "waste" energies this method also has disadvantages. For whatever energy you absorb you'll eventually become more and more like. You may end up absorbing the energy from cups of water that are left out unknowing by the living. After a hundred years of doing this you may turn into something like a water elemental. It's all about your Energy Affinity.

Maybe you've chosen this path and you find yourself more and more less yourself and more something else. At that point the only thing that comes to mind is to reach out at your humanity through someone else, your last desperate plea for your previous existence. In then we get into possessions, we know of the ones that don't succeed or turn out well. By establishing energy exchange threads is how the influence of the person can be developed. The vibration frequency of the person must match the spirits. For this either the spirit becomes more like the person, or normally the spirit makes the person more like them. If it does succeed and the spirit does possess and displace the previous owner of the body it can be assumed the majority of the spirit's memories will be wiped. Unless the spirit knows better.

The key is symbolism. When the spirit enters the body it must focus on a sigil or symbol that is infused with a rote or memory zip file. This symbol is the link that connects the spirit to it's memories. In all likely hood it will fail and not be able to do hold this well enough. If the spirit "blacks out" during this process then this will mostly likely be the Second Death of our original permanent OBEer. Otherwise either a full take over will ensue, displacing the original inhabitant, or more likely a part of the possessing spirit will be burned onto the human being possessed.

There is a less invasive way of doing things. It's a myth I once read in a book, where a monk as he died left his original body and found another body that recently died due to a poisonous snake bite. Tis not clear beyond that and may only be a fabrication. The other idea is to never die as human, but that's beyond the scope of this post.

I love the research you've done. You are correct about a couple of things. That's what most of here have been doing. We haven't been feeding off the energy in order to OBE longer. We let the body dissolve so we can live yet another life to evolve. BUT, we know when it's going to happen so we plan things out on what to happen in another physical life. Well done on the research.

It has been said by those who write books that after death, the etheric body does dissolve, but then you have the astral body, and when you're done with what you need to do you then stay in the mental body, which requires much less energy, and are more immersed in conceptual existence, and so on, until you are ready to move on 'through the aperture', as Monroe would say- whether that means 'Second Death' IDK, but I think by the time you have evolved out of the need for physical manifestation (if you are indeed not being reincarnated), that you probably would not want to stay in the etheric forever.
I don't know, that just seems like a way to limit yourself.
If you look at the reports of NDEs and afterlife explorations, you will see that the etheric, and the astral to some extent, are used to resolve the traumatic things that happened during the physical incarnation, and when they're resolved, the person then decides whether to continue to move forward or to reincarnate again, to then explore physical reality from another point of view.
The idea of roaming the etheric/mundane like a 'hungry ghost' seems like insanity to me, self-punishment to the extreme.  I don't imagine why choose such an existence, if there is a variety of possibilities to choose from.
Of course, provided there is an afterlife, and this is actually what happens at death, which is a big 'if'.
