I've got your back!  I quit smoking over a year ago..it was tough but did it and so can you!!  I will say I used the patch for two days.  I don't recommend using it longer though.   I could see how getting hooked on the patch is quite easy.

Heh, I did the exact same thing... The patch made me sick, though, that's why I stopped using it. It's really all about that first week or so, until you forget why anyone would even want to smoke in the first place.

I agree that first week or so is hell..ugh.  I'm very thankful I didn't have a bad reaction from the patch.. I totally thought I was going to though because I don't do well on medications and whatnots.  I'm allergic to caffine and thought for sure that the patch would have my heart beating out of my chest.  When that didn't happen yet I felt "up" without the bad side-effects, that's when I knew that I would have no problem swapping one addiction for another.
