Would you say that you're prone to high anxiety?
Some of those symptoms fit in with what often happens during an anxiety attack. Also high stress/anxiety is known to cause hair loss (Although if it was something that simple, I'm sure the Doctors would have picked up on it.) Hmm, I don't know.

I think practicing some form of energy healing would be a good place to start; (Robert's "N.E.W", Reiki, Qi Gong etc). I've heard that "Spring forest Qigong" is good. http://www.learningstrategies.com/Qigong/Home.html

Anyway, I hope you start getting better.

I'm not really that experienced with distant energy sending, but I can channel reiki fairly well, and I can try sending you some if you'd like. Just let me know[:)]

actually it does matter how healthy it is.
you should eat several meals per day. if you have an eating disorder, try to overcome it by eating around 6-7 SMALL meals per day. actually this is the way that everyone should eat.

eat a small but healthy breakfast,

then a midmorning snack(something small like fruit).

then a small lunch(but this should be the largest meal of the day)

around 3:00 eat another small meal like a salad or some veggies.

for dinner eat another small portion pasta is always a good choice preferably with a small portion of lean meat.

then after dinner at least 1-2 hours before you go to bed eat another small snack, yogurt is a good one, or something like that maybe some fruit or veggies.

this method speeds up your metabolisim while giving you the required nutrients that you need(there are some things that even the best vitamins cant give you)

also for an added bonus i would recomend that you buy a type of plant called ashitaba, it is EXTREMELY good for you and has many benifits. but the downside is that you wont find it at any grocery stores. i have only ever seen it at //www.sona-inc.com.

I'm a bit uncomfortable posting this, but I
trust most people here, so... anyway, for the
past six months or so, I get pains in my chest
nearly every day. It's usually a dull pain which
spreads into my head or one of my arms or legs,
but sometimes it's a stabbing pain and I start
shaking and can't breath. There is nothing that
triggers it, it's spontaneous. Also, I'm tired
all the time and my hair is falling out.

I've been to several doctors about these things
and have had tests done, and they all said there
is nothing physically wrong with me.

I try to be healthy - I have an eating disorder,
but the food I do eat is healthy, I try to get all
the nutrients I need, I take vitamin tablets,
and I drink lots of water.

I don't know what else to do, can anybody help?
