Anybody up for sending a healing for whiplash?

Hey All...

I was in a car accident today--which I'm pretty sure totalled my car--and I walked away, very fortunately, with only whiplash.  I have a strained neck and a strained back--with a bit of spasming happening in my lower back.

I was able to calm myself, center and ground, but my body is shaken up and has a trauma sitting in it.

If anybody would be willing to send a healing my away, I'd be extremely grateful.  I'd like to try to take care of the subtle-energetic end of this as quickly as I can.  I've been doing NEW exercises and icing, etc., and it is helping, but sometimes asking for help can...help.

Hi Dreamosis,

Sorry to hear your car is totalled, but more importantly you need to (if not already done so) see your doctor to be sure you have covered all angles.

I have had whiplash/hyperextension a couple of times including a quite nasty one about 15 yrs ago. If you are experiencing any tingling in the extremities (like pins and needles) you may have some nerve damage.

Best to get it checked out!

Don't worry, I have been to see a medical doctor.  I actually went immediately to the ER to be checked out, and was given a diagnosis of whiplash (strained neck and back) and I was given pain medication.

There hasn't been any nerve sensation--i.e., tingling/numbness.  I plan to see a chiropracter and massage therapist in the next two weeks or so, as well.
