In the video Tom explains and debunks a lot of the mystical ideas associated with healing.  Stuff like "you have to be in the same room as someone"... or "you have to be able to touch them".  No, you don't need any of that.  You don't even need to know the name of the person or know what they look like. 

It's all Intent.  If you have the Intent to heal <whomever>... then that is more than plenty to identify and heal them.

All you need is their energy signature. You can obtain that by a picture, something they wrote etc. Than close your eyes and build a temporary connection. Heal them, then break that connection.

You're simply limiting yourself with that belief.

The thought of the person should be enough.. no need for imagery other than as an "aid" but it shouldn't be needed. Let your higher self/soul do all the "legwork".. just the intent and conscious decision to "trigger" the healing is enough. If you wanted to heal or connect to a boy/girl you heard that had been hurt in an accident on TV but didn't see them, hear their name or even know where they are physically located... none of that should be required. Just think it, connect with the intent/emotion etc and let the higher self do the rest of the work.
