These pressures come from the center of your forehead? If so, you are probably feeling some brow center activity... I found the same thing happening to me, I was doing some secondary and tertiary energy development and suddenly I felt this strong tickling pressure creep up the side of my nose and into the center of my forehead, (my brow center). Anyway, I am currently reading Astral Dynamics by Robert Bruce and he said that it is best not to concentrate on major chakras like the brow center until all your secondary and tertiary energy areas are energetically ready. So when these early brow center activities happen, it is best to move your awareness to another part of your body like your knees or something. Until of course you are ready...

latley , especially when i visualising things i get this skull presure... usually at the center of my frehead and sometimes in more places...
what is it?
what can i  do?
