I post here too to request prayers for me. I got a knee sprain and carpal tunnel syndrom and also have a healthly. i think since i lost my cousin my health is a bit damaged and the recovery process too.

Healing on its way sending now which is 12:14PM Sept. 6th let me know what you felt, where its started I'll be sending for about 20 minutes.  So let me know how it went?

Not better at this time (21h pm), I didn't feel anything good:(.
My right knee discomfort me always, in fact, the left also isn't good too, as laxity, it doesn't make me feel bad, but rather fear, I will ask my physio anyway.
My arm is much better since I myself massage but when I come on computer mouse back pain quickly.

But thank you very much, if it helps me or not is better than nothing, I'm still sessions of physiotherapy for my knee.
