Hi!
I have just started a working-project on resolving my Post-traumatic stress syndrome and a part of this is to meditate. The problem is this, that the throat started itching when heading for the "release of the body-sensation".
This only occurs when meditating and i think it's a block in my throat chakra.
It would be a fantastic blessing if some strong spirit out there can cleanse my astral body so i can proceed with my work. It's hardly impossible to meditate when this occurs.

As time goes on the itching will get less. Just do a basic breath meditation like this one:

Do it daily.
I had the same problem. I would itch and cough. I had a real bad cough attack while in a group meditation meeting and had to run to the bathroom.
It is your body cleansing itself. Keep meditating and it will go away.
It might take some time. Just itch or cough and go back to the meditation. Think positive about it and be glad your body is cleansing itself.
