I am Ram ,I am very interested in astral projection, let me tell my experiences, I tried my first astral projection one year back, i got vibrations in the body and i scared and stopped, again recently 3 months back i started and i got same vibrations and scarred. from that day onwards i am trying everyday night i am not reaching even in to the vibrational state. i am very interested to reach higher state of conciousness, i like to meet my masters astrally, i feel more energy is neccessary for astral projection, I  tried many binaural beats, and still listening but no improvement, i dont know whats blocking me. if i did not get any vibrations in the body earlier its ok, i am not able to go further. whats wrong in me, when i start i get some irritations in the body, if i dont try i will get sleep. Can anybody guide me to reach astral plane. if the energy is required can you please enybody guide me, Thanks for reading, I am waiting for your reply, Kindest regards, Ram
