My friend's mother

My friend's mother is ill and bed-bound. She is very arthritic, and it is clear that she does not have much longer to live. I know you guys are not miracle workers, so I am not asking you to cure her, but could you please try to soothe her pain, and make her feel at peace? I would really appreciate it.
