Healing OutOfTheBody; How to do it ?

You can do this many different ways, one that I have found particularly useful if you know where the person problem originates is to act like you are massaging there body but while doing this clearly imagine in your mind that healing energies are going through you to them.  They may in fact feel the massaging if they are calm enough at the time which will help relax them and allow there body to naturally speed up the healing process.  I hope this helps.
