I fell on a nail and it went into my wrist. I sought proper medical treatment but a little love my way couldn't hurt as the whole hand is currently useless.

Actually, I was in your neck of the woods. I was working in a park on Friday. Jean Sibelius Square, in the Annex. I removed a 2X4 with 4 nails and the force of prying it caused it to fly behind me, nails up. As I turned to address it, I lost my footing in the loose sand and put my hand out as a reflex. I landed on one of the nails at the juncture of my wrist and palm. I kept working the best I could but the situation was getting more painful by the hour. By the time I was driving home, I had to shift with my left hand. Fast forward to now and all is just about well. I'm taking the Monday off as a precaution.

There's a variety of ways, but how I do it is in 'seeing them (in my mind's eye) as healthy, or happy, or peaceful, or whatever they need to be' as if it already is.
Then I try to get the feeling that I would feel as if it were a fact.

I'm not a healer yet, so I have no idea how to help.
I can relate this story...
One time a couple years ago, the back door of the van lost a hinge, and I had to find a board to hold it up so we could pack the van with things. I went to the back of the house, and in my mindstate at the time, in hostility I grabbed a board, but it was connected on it's back end to the rest of the collapsed chicken barn. So it was fairly loose, and I rammed it with the palm of my hand, directly into a nail. I felt the penetration immediately, and in seemingly light speed reflex, my hand was off of the nail even as it was being punctured.
There was a hole almost all the way through my hand, but it hadn't hit any bone or any blood vessels... I've still got a lump there from where it hit. It bled a bit, but didn't really hurt. Lucky strike! If it had hit a bone or a blood vessel or hit anywhere else on the hand, it would have done exceedingly great damage due to the speed of the 'board attack'.
So I don't know, I get luck like that all the time, but it isn't luck, it's specific fine tuned phasic adjustments to the ordinate grid system.

I hope with that ever present, feeble hope, that you recover to top condition.
