Need healing for adrenals, candida & other stuff

I basically destroyed my adrenal glands being a sugar addict. Please send healing for them, & to help my seratonin levels be permanently raised, which is the cause of most of my problems.
(no- I am no longer consuming sugar or anything high on the glycemic index)
