I've just started with the healing business, but I'll definitely try to help you in what little way I can.

I think it's wonderful that you have managed to recognize the problem and want to do something about it.  Think how many people never make it that far and go the rest of their miserable lives not admitting that something needs to change.  When the inevitable low point comes, getting back on your feet and beating the demon is a true accomplishment and you may even be a stronger person because of it.  

Let us know if you need ideas about how to cope with this in the daily world.

Hi:

I posted over in Psychic Self Defense, but Rastas ("Rastus"spl?) sent me here. I've gotten into a terrible nightly wine addiction...2 glasses a night...on weekends maybe 3. Its now habitual, as I do this everynight....its been going on for a few years now....started when I went through a crisis 3 years ago... I'm sick of it, and disgusted with myself!!.....and its hindering my path, as my night time meditation is null, and I feel miserable for demonstrating such a lack of self-disclipline. I'm a Master of a Martial Art studio for Gods' sake.........what kind of fraud am I for teaching the importance of discipline, when my own house is ready to crumble???
I'd like to give this habit up right now, and I'm asking for some healing energy to get me through this. I can go no further in my spiritual journey, unless I deal with this. Thanks for taking the time to read this...your prayers and spiritual energy are most welcome, and I will make sure to participate within the healing forum as well, to circulate the help.
