Oh my neck

I have a slipped disk in between my shoulder blades & when I wake up I can hardly move without pain.

You know... I kind of hate to do it, but...

I have to refer you to my signature's banner. I don't know if these rings make you live forever, but they killed my girlfriend's backache immediately. You might try them if you're willing to try magnet therapy.

This dude's site is a mess... But the upshot is, the rings are only something like $19. I personally build my own with the instructions he gives. Later I might post a tutorial to the ones I make on here.
