could anyone give me some tips on the synchronization of both of my brain hemisphers. i've noticed an over stimulation of the left lobe of my brain and i can't feel the normal flow of energy coming out of the top of the chakra in my head. I've also been very emotionally detached and i am not able to sense people's energies as weell as i am usually able to through the aura. thanks in advance

EDIT: by the way I'm Steven, this is my first post, nice to meet you guys

when meditating imagine that half of your brain is pink and the other half blue and then mix them up in your mind untill the entire brain is purple

this should balance you

If you don't want to invest in binaural beats there are other ways to do this:
1- Start using your nondominant hand for everything, including writing.  It's not easy but it works.  Try to do it for more than one day.  Try three.
2-On one day, put a patch on one eye (not when driving or operating machinery, it will compromise your stereoscopic vision, your sense of space) for the whole day and the next day do the other eye.
3- Put an earplug on one ear and spend the entire day hearing from one ear.  The next day do the other.
You will discover a lot of weirdness and your thinking patterns will change also.
It is better that you're not alone when doing these things, because you may need minding.

Another good way to balance out your brain is to refocus your perception through your heart.
(sounds strange but it's true)

Try to move your attention to the center of your chest, just be aware of your heart center throughout the day.  Your attention will undoubtedly move back up to your head, but every time you notice it happening, just move your attention back to your heart center.  This will help balance your body and perception.
be awesome.

I've printed the two circles out on paper, which is better than starring at a computer screen. It's easy to notice the hemisphere energies try to balance and fluctuate.
