Sites about religion

Hi everyone!

I hope this is the right place to post this. I have to do a paper about religion in school. So I would like to ask if anyone knows any good sites on the net about religion?
I searched the net but I found only a few enough helpful sites. Any kind of information will be welcome, but especially information about its history and how religion influenced on the world, society, science...  Oh, and "conspiracy theories" about religion would also be welcome. This forum has nice information also.
