hm, i don't believe that anyone has inherent "rights" for anything, including life. "rights", as far as i'm concerned, were created by humans and have only ever been enforced (and even then, not always) by humans.

likely the only "right" you'd ever hear me say i have is the right to do what i want as long as no one more powerful than i can stop me (not "might makes right", but "might allows me to do what i want"). of course, i'm not the type of guy to go around being a prick, or beating people up or anything, but i still (usually) do what i want (which is kind things or not-mean things ^_^ ).

of course, if i wanted to do evil things, i still wouldn't care much for the so-called "human rights" that all people are "allowed" to have. but that's just me ^_^ .

Logic

Why dont we just buy an astral pulse island somewhere in the Caribbean and set these rules in place? :P
We are not truly lost, until we lose ourselves.

This may need to be moved, that's fine.

From the Book of The Law by Crowley. An authorized popular commentary by Louis Wilkinson entitled The Law is for All.

"The RIGHTS OF MAN.

Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law.

There is no god but Man.

Man has the right to live by his own law.
Man has the right to live in the way that he wills to do.
Man has the right to dress as he wills to do.
Man has the right to dwell where he wills to dwell.
Man has the right to move as he will on the face of teh earth.
Man has the right to eat what he will.
Man has the right to drink what he will.
Man has the right to think as he will.
Man has the right to speak as he will.
Man has the right to write as he will.
Man has the right to mould as he will.
Man has the right to paint as he will.
Man has the right to carve as he will.
Man has the right to work as he will.
Man has the right to rest as he will.
Man has the right to love as he will, when, where, and whom he will.
Man has the right to die when and how he will.
Man has the right to kill those who would thwart these rights."

The Law also states that when one hinders another from doing thier will they make it possible for their will to be thwarted as well.
Thus if one steals someones car the victim has the right to take the theives car or something equal.

This is difficult considering our society allows certain criminals (cops, politicians, CEO's, etc) to commit crimes and get away with it while at the same time punishing the poor and oppressed with an iron fist.

Thelema is a system of individuality and true justice, not this propagandized pap that says something is just because some self proclaimed authority says so.
