though war and malice,
through hate and greed,
there is a choice,
no path need be taken,
no land to conquer,
just the self,
to feed and educate the soul,
and bring us closer,
to our liberation.

Yeah, that was a nice piece. You should post some more of your works on-line. There's a site that you might find interesting called www.allpoetry.com. If you want maybe you should check it out sometime. Thanks for sharing.

That's not mine - it's the first two lines of the song "White Horses".

The only version I know is a cover done by...ahem, cough cough, Pinky & Perky.
