I see the silver cord extending from the spine of my physical body
As my astral body splits from the physical body
I move in the astral body & find myself in the Diamond Astral Plane
Every thing here glitters
I see a sage seated in contemplation
I bow & he opens his eyes
He says,
" I see you have just come here from earth
Have this manna
You are in need of energy
No body can come here unless we want him to come
Have a fore-taste of this place
Because it is here that you will come after your natural death."
I eat manna & suddenly feel rejuvenated.
I realize it is time to go back and
Suddenly I find myself in the physical body.

I materialize myself in the boudoir of Rubina in the ASTRAL plane
We amuse each other by jokes & laughters
Suddenly one man enters & announces himself as William Feller
He says his grand-parents had migrated from Germany to South America at the fag end of the second world war
But his parents came to USA from there
He was born & brought up in San Francisco
And died of AIDS & now has come over to the ASTRAL
And that he has heard of me & now wants me to give him peace
I cleanse his energy field and then energize him
He says he feels light & tranquil
Then thanks me profusely & departs.

" You are in the astral plane. What you see is celebration by God's astral children ", I receive reply by thought-transference.
" May I join ? "
" Sure. Your level of evolution is equivalent to UPPER ASTRAL. This place is MIDDLE ASTRAL "
" But people here seem to be more handsome and beautiful ", I ask
" Beauty in the astral plane is known from the colours that exhibit around your head and not from the outward conformance & appearance ".
Finally I join the gathering of the merry-makers. I laugh, sing, dance and play merry-go-round with them.
Some worldly thought enters my mind & I find myself rammed into the physical body.

I am at Rubina's place in the astral sphere
We take stroll down a meadow
Every thing there seems to be pulsating with consciousness
As we walk, trees seem to welcome & flowers seem to chuckle
Fear is unknown here as there is complete harmony
We go further down to woodlands
There is a silent lake in the forest
The lake glitters & sparkles
Sending us into contemplation & meditation
There are harmless animals & birds
Place is illuminated all the time by some mysterious energy
Though there is neither sun nor moon
As we lie down on the grass by the side of the lake
A lion comes & plays with us as if he were our son
Then a bird comes & perches first on my body and then on  Rubina's  body
Lion as well as bird seem to say, they are only too happy to be with us.

Anyway, what makes you think there is a lower realm and how would you define "lower"?  Most importantly, what makes you so sure that there is even an afterlife?  Just straight forward questions...

Besides the fact i've been there? There are different levels in the realm, each determined by the level of consciousness. How else would you define lower? The bottom?

I have a problem with the term because if you say lower, it implies higher.  So, they are stacked one on top of the other?  Also, being there where?  Don't you think you should be careful with your theories considering the nature of the metaphysical realm?  After all, anything can manifest from belief/expectation.

I've been to dark, polluted and melancholic environments and I've seen disorderly behaviour by their inhabitants but I don't consider that to be a "lower realm" necessarily.  That could just be a state of mind which may have its origins in emotions conveyed by certain occurrences in waking life.  Why not consider this venue?  Or have you considered it already?

Likewise, I've been to amazing colourful environments (like my "Summerland" experience) and yet I don't affirm that it was some sort of heaven dwelt by people closer to the divine.  They could be representative of...I don't know...the memory of an orgasm, for example...

Why limit yourself to one particular belief?  What makes you so sure that your concepts of "lower realm" are the absolute truth when the nature of the Phase environments can be so manipulable?

Ok.  But I don't really see it as higher or lower.  I see it as everything happening in the same realm.  To me, higher and lower are concepts of a 3 dimensional physical world.  Wouldn't you say that, how you see it (or choose to see it) is not so much a belief but more like a preference?
