What Desktop Publishing Programs Do You Use?

I just wanted to share, I started using Adobe In Design CS recently, and it's a GREAT program for creating books that are fully printable and exports to PDF with no extra formatting. This program goes WAY beyond MS Word for layout etc. Many professionals use this program! You can take a native In Design file to a printer and they can print your book exactly as you have it laid out.

I was just wondering for those of you writing books, e-books, etc which programs are you using for your text editing, layout, printing, pdf files etc?
