I'd like comments if I can get them but its not short reading (approx 45 pages).  I still have editing to do and such, but I posted it on my website to share with others for free.

I have experienced spontaneous etheric projection (or real time projection) all my life and later learned to induce etheric and astral projections.  This e-book is essentially just a culmination of articles that I have wrote over the last few years and finally got around to assembling them into a book format.

I have actually added a bit to the book, and edited quite a bit.... 64 pages total, alot of theory and techniques, and also lots of commentary based on my own OBEs (including some journal entries), and some discussion on the 'physiological' explanations usually put forth to try and disprove OBEs (dissociation, hypnagogic/hypnapompic hallucinations, dreams, etc) and why I don't think they possibly can explain all OBEs (based on Tart's experiments, and the different states people seem to be able to experience OBEs - all different consciousness levels)
