Characters and Viewpoint by Orson Scott Card
Plot by Ansen Dibell
Beginnings, Middles & Ends by Nancy Kress

from Writer's Digest Books:
The 38 Most Common Fiction Writing Mistakes (and how to avoid them) by Jack. M. Bickham

I'm certain a google will reveal several websites but I don't have any links handy.
