My Journeys Out Off My Body

My name is Lee Jones and have been interested in obese for many years now
Time 1:20 am date 7th June

Just settling down to bed after reading journeys out off body, by Robert Monroe using the focus levels from A to B  last night i focused on  the door behind my closed eye lids, imagery started to show about 1:40 pm a flash came like a flash from Clairvoyance  images  started level b but forgot how to do level b so end off test.
Note to self have just logged my Experiment in my journal at www.astralsociety.com on 8th off June at 12pm.

Nothing happened last Nighte a bit disappointed, but I did read somewhere
That it doesn't happen all the time at will so I moss ant have been in the mood
I will try to Nighte after being tied from walking the dog.
