Do you have any audio files to recommend that you trust as having ones best interest, as safe to listen to when going to sleep- something that would help one with OBE's or even Spanish mantras to invoke divine love and beautiful light?? I am hoping to learn Spanish and was curious if there were any audio files you think are free from harmful subliminals that I could let run in the background as I go to sleep.
