Here is something I wrote

Sail across the meadow
Fly across the sea
Walk across the sky
and put your trust in me
Stare into the sea
Watch the clouds go by
Smell the blooming flowers
Let out a sigh
Walk down through the water
Sail up to the sky
Fly across the meadow
The clouds start to cry.

I am a poet I have one of the highest ranks of poetry there is.(not meaning to brag just inform)
I was wondering can poetry help open the chakras. Because if there is I would like to try and write some.
