Thank you sooo much! This one answers all the questions I have seen so far on this forum. It appears that you have covered all the necessary bases to achieve all that Hemi-Sync has to offer, with the tonal downloads for the Brainwave Generator and this short, but complete,  explanation of the numbered "focus" states.
