This is the first in a series of books. Volume .2 is Learn to Stay Lucid in Your Dream Longer and Volume .3 (Just released yesterday) is Beginner's Guide to Astral Projection

Volume.1 is very short, only 26 pages, but is loaded with great information, techniques and tips on Lucid Dreaming and how to open yourself up to the wonders of it.

I particularly liked his 5 R's to being successful.

Anyone interested in furthering their "nightly explorations" will definitely enjoy this book.

I give it 5 Stars ***** for simplicity, content and a fantastic tutorial.
