Better memory of dreams and details

So recently the past two weeks I  have been able to recall bigger parts of my Dreams..? I also noticed that today I remember paying very good attention to a large Cliff with jungle beside a beach. The details when experiencing "that" was more detailed than I have ever been able to recall in a Dream. Usually Everything is a bit fuzzy but the details of this mountain very cool. I Think my self from this World may have gotten that self to try and see the details like what you would call "higher self" in this reality..?
