I would like to try this, however I am afraid that this method might do also some negative things, if not to me, then on other people who surround me. Why? Because I saw that page and I don't know if the methods they write there are *good*. So can anyone who has tried this method and succeeded, can tell me if it has that kind of negative side effects? Because I know that a very good time ago (10 years) there was some kind of mantra published in the newspaper and people really didn't know that it can do harm and practiced it. In the next newspaper it was said, that you shouldn't do that, because many people had got mad and crazy. My granny tried that mantra and after some 2 days she started seeing some beautiful colorful, fast running images when doing that mantra. She got scared and stopped doing it and hid the newspaper, I only know it was something like "Dibibi dibebe...".

Oh, and how long exactly you have to practice that THOE? It is said "It is very important the above exercise be done for 3 consecutive days, 24 hours apart." That means 24 hours a day or what?

Imagine a string is pulling your head up from the crown point. Breath into your dan tien.  Imagination is key unless you want to die(almost die) to get your psychic centers to open.  Other ways are through tai chi/meditative movement/breathing excercises.  I find that "breathing through your skin" helps in finding the energy.

My brow center has always been my most active chakra since i began working on energies. I only need to think about it and it starts making a hard pressure (like just now lol). But i haven't any clairvoyant abilities (?) It might start in a few months or years.

i've found that the third eye is the part of the mind/body matrix that controls how complex a subject is that you're thinking about.  so making it more active increases your complexity of thought and perception- thereby increasing the complexity of your sensory experience- i.e. psychic phenomena

To want to open one's third eye to look at the pretty colors around a person or a plant is missing the idea totally.  It completely changes one's perception of the world.  Finding balance for yourselves should be primary- otherwise all the cool psychic abilities in the world won't make you happy.  in fact if you don't have a good sense of balance, all the psychic abilities in the world with mess you up.

i agree with you Moonburn33, i think you've made a good point here. The brow center must be manipulated carefully as it touchs the mental activity directly ! I know what i say, as when i first started doing energy work i messed up with it (by ignorance) and i get into troubles both physically and mentally. As Moonburn has precised it, it changes your way of apprehending the world (drastically for me) so i suggest some good attention at what unexperienced energy workers are doing with it. I overstimulated it in only a few seconds of a single energy session and what resulted was a constant headache which almost prevented me from sleeping more than 3-4h per night for 2 months, which moreover brought me to extrem stress and paranoia, as well as hearing strange stuff in my head. It has taken about 3 months to be almost "stabilized", and 5 to be fine.

Now this chakra is my strongest one, but gosh at what price ! I really wished to just die sometimes at night during the first months ! I'm so glad it was during a summer, i couldn't have work like this ! So : be careful, really...

Hello achilles !
Well i will only talk about the physical changes as the mental changes could be caused by all the rest.
First, i was in a sense unlucky, but far from alone in this case. The brow center is often dormant in the vast majority of the population, and by starting to stimulate it without being even a minimum prepared can cause problems. In fact, what i felt (headaches etc) was the result of its "growth". It's like teenagers having some pain in the muscles and joints because the body is growing to fast. It's a little bit the same here, your 3rd eye is growing suddenly and it takes time and patience for the energetic body to react enough and develops itself enough to provide the good amount of energy. So this is very common. But i think i was maybe unlucky because i'm a very "mental" person so my brow center was always stimulated during the day and moreover at night when starting to fantasize while falling asleep (which i then couldn't because of the hard pain in this zone). The other thing is that i wasn't at all prepared and didn't know what was happening to me so i was constantly thinking about it, which is the wrong thing to do (stimulates even more).

However, as i've said, the brow center is now my strongest chakra, in fact i just have to think about it to feel the beginning of an energetic pressure (like just now by writing this lol). About the perception, well i remember that after my first simulation of it, i had this blue circle to appear in my internal vision when eyes closed, and it has grown bigger with time. Now if i try to look the "black" in my mind i feel my 3rd eye to activate and i immediately see this sky blue circle in front of me, i think it has something to do with it but i haven't been able to know what at this time (maybe the prelude of the clairvoyant screen ?) Anyway, i also started to see auras about 4-5 months after this, and although i canno't see them totally this perception is growing a little everyday and it takes less and less time to activate. Other than that, well anther "problem" is that for very long (and still now btw, but i have a little control over it although it's rather difficult) the physical sense of audition seems to be stimulated. I've heard blank noises in my ears (especially at night) since the first simulation of the chakra. Might indicate something to do with clairaudience to, though not sure. Well i think that's about it, there are maybe others things but as i get used to it i can't remember very well how it was before. I'll think about it and post other things if i remember more.

yeah, i can relate to what you're saying about the pressure on the forehead and the blue circle. my third eye is my strongest chakra too and i find it easy to concentrate on. i was worried about having the same thing happen to me as happened to you, though. when i meditate now i always finish by bringing the energy down to my belly for storage. apparently this is a good safety measure; did you ever do this?

i can't see auras yet, although i would like to. one thing i do get a lot though is occasionally seeing small dots of light appear and then disappear suddenly. or sometimes i see shifting light patterns at the edge of my vision, which disappear when i look at them. did you ever have anything like this?

Hey cool Do you also feel the two minor chakras on the tempes ? It usually gives me the impression of having some coronet around the head when my brow center is fully active. However if you have already developped your chakra, even just a little, and didn't have what i explained (pain etc) i think it's relatively ok now, you shouldn't care much about problems.
About your tech, it's vquite effective indeed i think, as it shuts down some of the energy pathways that goes to your 3rd eye and it brings your awareness to concentrate elsewhere so that the stimulation of the brow center is ended.

You must train to see auras, it wasn't immediate for me, like one morning i saw them, you must try a few times and then only you see it starts becoming really easier, moreover when you stimulates your 3rd eye gently before. For those lights etc, yes i often see those, even eyes closed, i think it's the normal activity of a strong brow center.
