If you just mean relaxation then I guess pleasant music, however there are binaural beat cds with something called frequency following response. These are the cds that are supposed to bring about something called hemispheric synchronization or "hemi-sync".

Anyway the Hemi-Sync cds are produced by the Monroe Institute and are quite expensive for the whole series. You can try out the Gateway series however by just purchasing Wave 1.

Alternatively, there are a couple of other commercial companies with the same idea, but less expensive. They are Brain Sync and Awakened Minds. The BrainSync people have a nice cd called Deep Meditation which you might like. It runs about $14.95 (USD). You can find their websites easily enough by just typing in either Monroe Institute, Awakened Minds or Brain Sync into your Google search engine.
