The vampire myth.

When we talked to our guides, we mentioned vampires out of curiosity, and this was the answer:

There are two different sources of vampire mythology:

1) The most obvious are the astral parasites, these are astral entities that specialize in gaining energy from humans,
by implanting seeds of negative thought, and feeding off the subsequent torrent of negativity as the victim gives in
to the negative thought programs and spirals. The victim feels tired not because its "life force" is stolen, but because
the negative thoughts become so intense that they block the natural flow of energy. Astral parasites cannot steal or
even use life force, since that is a positive energy. This is a highly effective method of generating energy, because it
takes almost no energy implanting such a seed, while the pay for when it is successful, is plentiful and endless until
the victim stops giving into the patterns.

2) A little known source, and the source of actual physical blood drinking vampires, happened two thousand years ago,
when an alien race traveled to Earth. There were several hundred of them, and they survived on Earth by drinking the
blood of humans and animals. Victims were not turned though unlike the popular myth, as all victims died after feeding.
They could not be out in sunlight, as it would greatly weaken them. People fought them, but they were very powerful
and very difficult to kill, but eventually they were defeated since they failed to reproduce here on Earth.
