I think you're right. In fact, I can barely run it (It doesn't work at all on Internet Explorer or Netscape). I have to use an odd browser with unpredictible reliability. It runs, but very slowly.

This new layout may be intimidating and confusing to people trying to share and obtain information.

People without the latest browsers, large monitors, and fast connections will have trouble viewing this site.
