To some extent I'm sure you could, just like the Astral Pulse Island was created. Just as long as you didn't go outside any 'physics' laws of the astral or anything like that I suppose. Similar things could be done in lucid dreams as well.

I would tend to think so as well. If your voliton was strong enough and you had no ill purposes in mind, there is probably little that can be conceived that cannot be manifested on the astral.

Our mind and imagination are some of the greatest gifts God gave to us. After all, he was Thought and Energy in the beginning, and using imagination he created us from nothing. We have the same power, and although it seems weaker while on earth, it is still quite powerful.  Look at all of things mankind has accomplished just by WANTING to! They built planes and computers, flown into space, gone to the bottom of the ocean, written the book they always wanted to and carved the best statue they could imagine in their mind's eye. The astral is similar in that what you imagine is not restricted by the artificial contrivances of time.

I mean,can you simply teleport yourself in some kind of darkness with nothing in it and start creating a world of your own,an entire universe,set by rules you make...and so forth.
