Brainwave generators long term effects?

BW generators are like training wheels. When you use training wheels you learn what it feels like to balance on the bike. Once you know that feeling you use that to ride the bike without training wheels.

When you know the feeling you have when you're going to OBE you don't really need a BW generator any more. I've found they are very useful temporary crutches and that there's really no danger of becoming dependent on them since you either know the feeling or you don't.

Yea with the dependance thing, i have found myself using it alot! Since im only new to meditation, i will just hope that it is what you say cube, that it is only like training wheels. Anyway thanks for the responses guys and if anyone else has any more comments about it, it would be appreciated...

Hey all!
I just joined the forum and i have a few questions about the brain wave generator...
Firstly, does anyone know of any long term effects of manipulating brain waves or has anyone experienced any effects from the generator?? I downloaded it last night and the comments on the site about it seem very vauge. Also does anyone have a key for it coz the updated version doesnt allow you to import any other file other than the original "preset.bwg" file [].
