you can also try www.farsight.org for FREE, they have everything described in details, although it's very long(boring, actually) and therefore discouraging (at least for me)

I practiced sending targets back and forth with one of my friends...we had mixed results...

I also remotely sent stuff back and forth with this person online...It was weird how I could pick up on things that she was doing...like holding her leg with her arm (I felt like I was doing it myself) and the smell of her sneakers in the background...I also picked up on the argument she had with her parents...she picked up on the music I had playing on my computer...

Kind of a human version of VNC, in view-only mode. []
