TK while OBE

I'm no parapsychologist but I would say that I have never seen proof of a spirit flickering lights or moving things around (except in movies), and if they did it would most likely be that they were doing it themselves versus telekinesis (like in the movie Ghost). As for proving OBE's you wouldn't need telekinesis, just being able to know what is going on in the next room in exact detail would be enough for most.
Now I have never had an OBE but I would think that you could create things and move them around, however I don't think anyone in the room would notice unless they had real time sight.

Has anyone here been able to move a physical object in the RTZ with either your mind or your projected body? Seems to me it would be hard to determine if you were actually doing it or it was some kind of reality fluctuation. Any thoughts?

im not talking about proving that OBE is real for myself... i have experienced it and thats all i need. im talking about proving for other people who are skeptical

Years ago I've build a little device to prove the possibiliy of TK in OBEs. I simply have balanced a little piece of aluminium foil in the tip of a crayon then covered it with a jar. The "detector" was installed in the corner of my bedroom about 2m from my head. Unfortunately, it was ruined in every 2-3 days by strong vibrations of cars and winds from outside.

To reach RTZ I use a method to systematically suit the look of my dream bedroom with its waking counterpart. Without using the device as one of the joints in this practice or without doing any practice of suiting at all the detector seemed to be ruined by its own in most of my dreams regardeless of its real state. I was able to trigger the device only when I reached the state characterised by the absence of body, sense of hovering and distorted perception.

I still have doubts in my mind about PK in OBE, because of the lability of my device. Now, I plan to repeat the experiments by building a more professional system combined with a negative ion generator.

okay so i may be wrong but isnt telekinesis used with subtle bodies? if it has a direct relation with the brain i guess not, but if you do use other selves to move physical objects would it be possible to use telekinesis while out of body? this could explain spirits who flicker lights, turn on tvs, etc. also if this is true, it may be a way to prove that the OBE state is truly out of body.
just a thought...
