Do you get enough sleep?  I know that when I'm sleep deprived, focusing on my breathing will knock me out in a minute or two.

no, it's not from sleep, as this ALWAYS happened to me and i already tried this douzens of times in several months even on days in which i sleep a lot. So it's not that...

Hi,

Are you practicing breath awareness while lying down or on your bed? If so, you may be subconsciously associating this with sleep. Try practicing in a seated position as an example.

Hope this helps,

Stephen

wow, thanks a lot i think it's that, but i will have to try more times. I tried now and i think i didn't got tired, but i have to test this more times.

I haven't think of that, indeed i was always lying on bed everytime i have done breath awareness because i was practising astral projection.

anyways, if it still happens while sit i reply again.

this is happening to me everytime i try to be aware of my breath to concentrate, but in only a few seconds as i feel tired i have to hyperventilate to relieve myself. Altough if i do concentration or even long sessions of energy work (i mean, doing n.e.w.) even about a hour i would feel much less tired than being aware of my breath.

Does this indicate blockage in solar plexus chakra ? I generally have a little trouble breathing, but it's specially when being aware of it.
