The Lucid Dream Team..... help!

Blackstream gave a good method to lucid-dreaming. Look at your hands repetitively (20, 30, 40, 70, 100 times a day) and you'll make it an unconscious habit. Then you'll do it in your dreams. But in your dreams, your hands melt when you look at them, so you'll realize you are dreaming.

I'm on the same boat as you are. But I have faith this method will work because it is scientifically sound, or so I think.

lol, yea i'm going to try that way. i tried a setero method but..... i forgot i was a HEAVY HEAVY HEAVY sleeper. ill try this method thou

hi, i want to learn how to do lucid dreaming, and  how to get an obe from lucid dreaming. could some one give me a link or tell me the easiest method to both?  thanks in advance!!
