Hi,

Welcome to the Astral Pulse forums! [] Your questions are good, Master X, however I would ask that you read previous topics and posts here first. Over the years we've had the questions you asked discussed many times. Start by reading over "sticky" topics. These are found at the top of the page in almost all our forums. They were made "sticky" because we thought the information would be useful time and again.

Also, I would recommend that you pick up some good books on OBE and AP, and there are quite a few. My favorite is Astral Dynamics
by Robert Bruce. There are other good authors as well, such as Robert Monroe, William Buhlman, Robert Peterson, Sylvan Muldoon & Hereward Carrington, and Scott Rogo, to name but a few. I can't emphasize enough, the importance of reading all you can.

Also, here at the Astral Pulse, we have a Welcome to Permanent Astral Topics forum that you should check out. Read through some of these topics and you'll learn a great deal. Check out our File Library for eBooks and downloads. Use our Search engine too.

Basically OOBE is to the Real Time Zone (RTZ) or the Astral plain that overlaps the physical world.  This is where you can see things as they happen.

AP is to the RTZ, as well as other Astral planes.  Here is generally the world of the mind, where you have more power to make changes.  But, what you see may be something that was, is, or may be in the future, so it's nto so good for information gathering.

OOBE's can turn into AP's if you mind wonders.  And it's possible to turn an AP into an OOBE into the RTZ.  It's all a matter of your skill set, desire, and friends from higher places.

The way I see it, they are the same thing. Any technique will do, just check out the post here in the Permanent Astral Topis as well as Astral Consciousness. The basics needed are:
1) Deep physical relaxation-Mimicing sleep
2) Some leve of a trance-Robert Bruce reccomends a mental falling sensation of some sort to do this
3) Visualization/something to keep youre focus on while your body falls asleep-these are limitless, you can visualize/focus upon anything.
4) Lastly an exiting technique-Roll out, float, fall out, etc.

1.in evrey site i go i see jus astral projection techs can any one give me an OBE tech?
2.in OBE can i see what people doing in real time and go where ever i want?
3.what's beter AP or OBE and what's the difrents?
