The strobe effect! Thank you RB!

Don't know if I'm talking about the same thing, but what I experience is part of the reason I'm waiting for astral dynamics in the mail...I think it's strobing.
When I lie awake at night and begin to talk to higher forces, or raise energy, or attempt to connect to higher realms etc. I get this flash of white/silver light around my third eye area. I take it as some kind of sign that I am connecting higher, but that's just my interpretation. I'm dying to find out what it really means.  Is this what you experience?

I apologize Naiad780, but why would you believe that to be the answer plain and simple?
Regardless if someone gives you an explanation of something that is the definitive replica of what you yourself experience, you should continue to question what it is you experience or have experienced.

Don't you think you ought to search yourself rather than pull the truth from someones literature, such as so many do from another book we all know?
Even those whose ideals and beliefs study a parallel line along our own life beliefs, or that we have great respect for, should be listened to as lesson only and not conclusion.

My opinion is that you should include this knowledge and apply it if you can, but do not take it as "The word" of what is.

Nowhere did I say I would stop exploring this, and nowhere did I say that would not "search myself."  In fact, it is odd that you assume I will not.  However, if the phenomenon Robert Bruce describes almost exactly matches what I experience, I can make an educated guess about what it is.  This is the only information I've ever found that talks about what I have experienced, and this post was made so that I could get more information on the subject.

I'm not sure why you have a problem with me asking for information, and why you make assumptions that I have not/will not "search myself."  I have experienced this for 25 years now, and believe me, there's been plenty of self-searching.  I am simply happy that someone has some insight into this phenomenon, since no one else that I've encountered ever has before.

It's hard to say if we're experiencing the same thing, since I don't notice it around my third eye but more in my "mind's eye" which is a hard distinction to make sometimes.  It also manifests as a physical pressure (face, head, sinuses) and it spins.  When you get Astral Dynamics, read the (unfortunately short) section on the Strobe Effect and see if that sounds similar to what you experience

Sorry, Aileron, I didn't mean to sound harsh.  I'm simply tired of going to internet forums and having to explain myself because someone complains about my posts when I ask for information.  It's amazing how a simple, polite request can generate so many offended replies.

Regardless, I can see you had good intentions and I do not disagree with your comments.  Rest assured that I do not intend to stop researching this issue, which is why I made the post to begin with.

This thing has been happening to me ever since I was three years old, and I never knew what it was or why it happened.  I just read a section of "Astral Dyamics" that says it's called "The Strobe Effect."  Robert Bruce described exactly what's always happened to me (except my strobe effect also has a spinning sensation, probably because chakras spin), and I SO excited to finally know what it is!

Does anyone else experience this?  Were you able to successfully take it to the vision screen Mr. Bruce writes about?  I have seen this Vision Screen before, but haven't been able to make it happen when I want it to.  I would like to work with it but I'm not entirely sure where to start.  Mostly the strobe happens spontaneously, although if I'm in the right mental state I can usually call it up.  It never lasts for more than five seconds, though.

Any tips are welcome.  A great mystery of my life has been solved.  Thanks, Robert Bruce!
