Clearing chakras/blockages

The only blockage in your body,can be holes in youa aura,or in chakras.So,the best way,is to meditate on each chakra,daily.As,for aura,close your eyes,take few deep breaths,and imagine bright white light,coming from universe,and entering thru your crown chakra,and entering your head,and your body,see yourself surrounded by this light.Do this for 5-10 a day.Continue doing those 2 steps,daily,and you will remove blockages,you asked about.

How do you clear a blockage in your energy body?  Do you just keep raising energy to the area and wait till it clears, or is there a more specific way to go about it?
