Ask any high caliber distance runner if energy work is real [:D]  You know, in the zone.  I used to run 3 miles in under 24 minutes in college purely from energy work (I hate jogging).  Only had to do it 2x/year for millitary.
There is a physical limitation upon how much light a human body can sustain. Interestingly, there is no limit on how much light a human vessel can generate. When fully enlightened you must instill your light in order to maintain its wisdom.

It might have helped me.

A year ago, at this period, I trained for a fast 800m a couple of months.(4-5 training sessions a week). My best shot was 2:15. I didn't have serious knowledge of energy at that time btw. Then, because I didn't see the use of getting good at this, I started doing more weightlifting, reducing my running sessions to once a week.

This year I started getting involved more seriously with energy, and I had to run the 800m in the team competition(while still only running 1x, and having gained 5 kilo's), to my great surprise I got a 2:16..a week later...2:12, and another week later 2:11.

I like the fuzzy thought of this being the result of energy, but on the other hand it might have been because my muscles grew(which can also increase the base running speed).

Well, once after an evening of vigorous energy raising, I woke up the next morning and went for a run. To my surprise I ran much farther than normal that day... This was a few years ago, when I had first heard about NEW. By much farther, I mean that at most I could run a mile at a time before I had to rest, but with NEW it seemed that the up and down of hills hardly affected me. I ran more than half a mile farther than normal that day.

One summer I hackysacked until I could do one thousand toe hits alternating feet.  Once I could do this I just sort of quit (because I only wanted to increase my foot coordination for skiing anyway).  I haven't practised in months and months, but when there's a volleyball or watever handy I see if I can still do it.  I'm not practising but for SOME REASON my coordination isn't going anywhere.  I read on here a while ago someone (I can't remember who) saying that they were "very sure that NEW increases coordination".  If you're really interested I say get B.K. Frantzis' "The power of internal martial arts" NEW is an energy developemant system just like others and in that book you'll read about OLD men (and women) beating up the author who was a U.S. karate champion at 19 because they had energy.  Some of the book addresses the absurd anti-aging benefits but it also simply shows just what a large role qi plays in the body.  It helps everyone, the benefits are of health and not strictly anti-aging.  Look for the part on Wang Shu Jin (that's a name[;)])

In his online guide Bruce also talks about pulling in energy from a crowd for an adrenaline rush type feeling.

I'm pretty sure Rastus is talking about the USMC for military. As for me I can verify the same results. Best I could do in my stint before energy work was 19:04 for 3 miles. After I had learned about energy and NEW, etc, I could pull in well under 18 mins even. This was just BARELY working with it, and I could hardly feel any results directly. It just seemed I had better breathing patterns and got winded less easily while I ran. If you want war stories however, I got discharged for personality disorder 3.5 years after I got shipped to PI, and I feel better being out of that place.

As for my athletic ability, I can go months and years without doing much and still get great times for running, do quite a few pull ups, etc. It's just how my body has always worked. This means that if you have natural athleticism, you should still benefit from all of this. Well worth the gain in my opinion, since I didn't really lose much time to see some results.
I come prepared...with COOKIES! No, you can't have one!

we all seem to have basically the same result in that we do well without trying all that hard.

[|)]you guys are just noticing this lol

I delebrity send energy to every muscle in my body when im doing something besides setting around. It keeps me focused and in control of my body wile im outside and at work. Besiedes my stamina is uberness when i do this [:P] i could prob run a mile wile im doing this (where i can only run 1/2 a mile withought doing it)

I did have wierd experence with this tho....you see i havent figured out how to send my energy directly to my muscles, i just flood my body with it and my muscles use it when they need it (kinda like a oxygen reserv). There was this one time tho, i was arm wresteling with my friend and i was loosing. I burned up all my stamina and was about to loose when, allmost like instinct, i felt a string of energy zoom from my centre strait to my bisep(sp) and i beat him withought effert.

This was strange, it wasnt addrenelin becuase there is after effects of that and it effects your whole body. I havent been able to do it sence, if i could figure out how i did this it would be amazing lol
Dont look at the world around you with your eyes, use your soul, and you will see more then you have ever imagined.

So in other words I will have a physically superior body, in terms of energy supply, healthier all round body, and stamina :)

I LIKE.

"It can also be used to boost the immune system for self-healing, to enhance athletic performance, and to speed the healing of physical injuries."

I play Rugby League and have only recently started NEW as described on here.

Can someone please tell me what aspects NEW would help me with and  what I could improve that would effect my overall athletic ability ?

Thanks.
