How long did it take for you to....

I wanna say that it took me about a year before I had one...using the NEW system and exercising helps out a lot.

Hmmm when I was thirteen I started APing but it wasn't until I was fifteen, almost sixteen, that I realized I could make myself do it. I did it voluntarily for the first time the second night I tried (I was sixteen). But that's only because I knew how everything felt, and how to do it, because I had already experienced it. I have no clue how it is for someone who hasn't even done it involuntarily....

Hi,

The first time I OBE'd, I read an on line book in 3 days.  On the night that I finished the book, I had an OBE.  It took 3 months to have another one.  Then I had 8 OBEs in 3 months. It has slowed now. Ive only had one in the last 4 months.  They seem to come and go for me.

I am not a natural.  I have to practice a lot.

i get lucid dreams naturally. ive been getting them my whole life but only about 1 every 2 monthes. through NEW energy ways and meditation i know get 1 or 2 a week! my first astral projection took about 3 weeks, but i have not gotten one since...

How long did it take for you to learn how to get out of your body?
I know that every person is different and that everybody learns to do it sometimes(with a lot of practise of course,and some time),so this could be a motivation for all of us who are still trying hard.
So if you can AP,LD, or do any kind of OBE post if you feel like doing it[]
