I had the same problem. What browser are you using what security level is it at and do you have a firewall? because if these are the cases then set your security to ignore this site. It should work after that. If not then I am not sure.

It happens. I've had it also, before I reinstalled my computer. Now it works fine again. Unfortunately, I have found no way whatsoever to solve the problem - except by reinstalling my computer....

However, a work-around is to hit the correct page number in the topic overview.

Hey, I've discovered something that might help.  Right click the link you're trying to go to, hit "copy shortcut," paste it in your web browser, and hit "enter."  As annoying as it is to do that every time, its been working for me lately.
