It was first a lucid dream but then a projection.  The thing being it was a projection and in both the dream and the projection I was fully aware of what was going on.

Welcome me to the club gang, I just had my 1st full AP, as in I knew what was going on and was able to control it. http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/images/icon_Smile.gif" border=0>

I will keep this short.  It was about one hour ago.  Up until now I was writing it down in my book so I didn't forget, also I was waiting for my computer to stop defrag.  Any how.
  I was first at a midevil castle, but oddly I have been there before, but I remember it as a dream and not a projection.  But it was the same place, but now it is just another brick of the puzzle I have been working on.  While I was there I begain to experiment with movement, jumping, running, flipping around and that sort of thing.  I was amazed, this being I have had many dreams of being able to do these things but now I could control it.   Lots of fun.  My brother, sister, and brother in law showed up during this.  My sister and brother in law were makeing rude comments.  The scene then changed.  I was attacked by this beast because I ws simply there.  Apparently from the rest of the encounter three things have been using the images of me, my sister, and my brother in law to torment my niece, who since able to talk has seemed beyond gifted in these matters.  Eventually I ended up at my sisters house and was defending my niece who was also there and I think she now knows what has been going on.  (She is almost 5 now.  But she has an old soul and an understanding  of these things.)  I want to talk to her about it a little to see if she can confrm this.  But I believe that she will.
  With the situation being rectified, hopefully for good, I awoke very abruptly.  But I knew what had gone on.  It started out as a dream but in the dream I got the vibrations which in the dream made me activly look for some place to lay down to try and bring about the AP.  Oddly in the dream I ended up in the location of the house where I was Physically sleeping.  I did how ever wake up 2 different times and was in my room but both time I simply closed my eyes and continued almost where I left off.  Amazing, it was like when you wake in the morning after a good dream and want to go back, well I did.  After returning the secound time I became fully aware of what I was able to do and hence returned and fixed what was going on with my niece.  The reason I believe she was actually there is because about the same time he would be taking a nap and would most likely be asleep, there for projecting.  I am rambling now so I'll stop.
