Hi all,

Just thought I would drop a note to find out how things are going.  I have been using the wav file and found it to be useful for relaxation and for getting to a near trance state.

I'm sure with practice, this wav file will help.  For those of you who have received it (or used the BW generator program) please give feedback.

Yes, I think it sounds like the one I paid the same price for. It is a tiny file, around 1-2 megs. Definitely less than 3 megs. I have it, too, but do not use it. It is a wav file but it started out as an MP3. It irritated me. It sounded like something I could have made myself at home.

Hi tom,

The file is 4mb.  After using Brainwave generator, I wish I hadn't invested, but it does seem to have an effect.  I don't find it too harsh on my ears after listening for an hour or so.  Maybe it's psychological, but it does get me ultra relaxed, and nearer to my goal than ever.

whatever works eh!

Hi all,

I have just paid $20 for a 20 minute audio file which claims to force AP

I haven't tried it yet as I have been a little busy, going to try it today tho.

If anyone wants a copy, please email me at:

SPENCER.PAYNE@BTINTERNET.COM

Alternatively, if anyone has IMESH (if not, get it, it's cool for downloading new films and new music - never not been able to find exactly what I was looking for with it)  then search for Astral.wav, and you will be able to download the file directly from my PC.

Let me know if you have any progress with this too.  One important thing is don't base this as your sole projection technque as you should rely on your own ability and not become dependant on noises to project.

You will need headphones too!!!!
